Château Saint-Martin & Spa is hidden gem located on a hilltop in Vence on the French Riviera. It proudly looks over the whole coast as you can see from the shot above taken on the restaurant's terrace. As soon as you enter through the wrought iron gates, you enter a stunning safe haven that you will not want to leave anytime soon. Initially serving the purpose of a Knights Templar in the 12th century, this property retained all its authenticity and special aura through the years.
Spoil yourself with a lunch break under the century-old olive trees of L'Oliveraie in the hotel's garden. Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois works his magic in this heavenly spot by putting together dishes filled with Mediterranean flavors. His generosity and genuine passion are communicated through his delightful creations!
